WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT ?

Time management is the process of planning and controlling how much time to spend on specific activities. Good time management enables an individual to complete more in a shorter period of time, lowers stress, and leads to career success.

WHY IS TIME MANAGEMENT IMPORTANT ?

  • Tima can be used optimally
  • Strong self-discipline can be formed
  • Matters can be resolved smoothly
  • Can avoid stress
Good time management helps you work smarter, not harder enabling you to get more done in less time and achieve more time freedom.  Time management ensures you prioritise your time and energy to have enough time to work on your most important projects.  In this article, I’ll outline the importance of time management and the benefits of time management.

WHAT IS POMODORO TECHNIQUE ?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by five-minute breaks. Longer breaks, typically 15 to 30 minutes, are taken after four consecutive work intervals. Each work interval is called a pomodoro, the Italian word for tomato (plural: pomodori).

As a student it is not surprising to do a lot of assignments and have to deliver in a short time. I need to be smart in arranging the time to do the assignments. I also need to focus on my health because I don't want to get sick from doing assignment.  So my way of dealing with it is to make a pie chart to manage my day.

Besides that I also make a list of the work I will do. This is to help me manage my time well, which is to prioritize to do more important work and then do other work.

THAT'S ALL FROM ME. THANK YOU !!!
